Claim Process for Defective Goods

If you receive defective items, submit a support request within 30 calendar days upon delivery.
Please provide these materials:

1. Your full order number
2. Clear photos or videos showing product defects
   We will review your case and provide solutions including full refund, partial refund or free re-delivery based on actual conditions.
